These terms cover use of the Diraya public website (including sample files and mailto contact). They are not a commercial contract for pilot engagements, evaluations, corrective data outputs, or related services. Delivery terms for those are set in a separate engagement or order.

The site

Content is provided for information about Diraya’s expert data and professional evaluation work: realistic evaluations, failure diagnosis, expert corrective signals, protected re-evaluation, and capability evidence. We may update or correct pages without notice.

No warranties on public samples

Sample diagnostic rows and downloadable JSON are illustrative technical outputs. They are not a warranty of fitness for a particular training run, nor a commitment to inventory size, delivery schedule, or domain coverage beyond what an engagement specifies.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, attack, or overload the site.
• Do not misrepresent affiliation with Diraya.
• Do not use site content to claim PhD/Dr. credentials for reviewers unless those titles are held and stated by Diraya in writing.

Specialized domains

Formal Modern Standard Arabic is an existing specialization and proof layer. Broader professional domains require proper domain audit (and, where religious or legal judgment applies, qualified co-audit or an explicit jurisdiction disclaimer) before any enterprise claim.

Governing note

Diraya is based in the UAE. These website terms are a short public notice, not a full commercial contract. If they conflict with a signed engagement, the signed engagement controls for that work.
